📝 Custom web forms

You can now create your own web form directly in Caflou and either place it on your website (via iframe) or use a unique url link.

When creating a form

1. you choose whether to 1) create a company, 2) create a project, 3) create a task, or 4) create a comment after the form is submitted
2. specify the parameters of the object to be created (e.g. task priority, person assigned, etc.)
3. you define the form fields and how to use them in Caflou (e.g. whether the answer is entered as company/lead name, project deadlines, budget, attachment, etc.)

There are many ways to use these, but what typical scenarios might be, for example:

1. request for services
2. customer support (creating "tickets")
3. collecting feedback
4. etc.
