Customer communication can now be synchronized even if you use Outlook under Microsoft 365 or any other email solution that supports IMAP. Synchronization with Gmail has been available for some time.
Emails from customers whose companies and contacts you record in Caflou are written to such companies as comments, including attachments, when synchronisation is enabled. You can also automatically write messages from you to your customers. You can then easily create a new task or project from such a message (comment) at the click of a button.
