46. How to integrate CAFLOU and WooCommerce via CAFLOU Connector 📖

Learn how to integrate your WooCommerce eshop with your CAFLOU account in order to import your

• customers
• orders

The data goes directly into CAFLOU, orders as income into Cashflow, customers into Companies . The import is all automatic.

See how to set it up:

1) Create access credentials in your WooCommerce Settings (REST API section):

Permissions is to be set up as Read. Make sure you write down Consumer Key and Consumer Secret:

2) Create a new Connection in CAFLOU

Go to Account Settings, to section Connector and click to Add new connector:

Enter credentials:

1. select a program - WooCommerce
2. define Woo eshop URL (this is url of your website, e.g. https://www.myeshop.com)
3. paste Consumer key
4. pate Consumer secret
5. click Connect

Once the connection is established, you will see a green label "connected"

Then you define what is to be imported:

• Companies - these are customers from WooCommerce
  • you can chose
    • not to import customers (No)
    • to Import only new ones (if customer details change these will not be imported)
    • to Import new and update existing ones (if customer details change these will be imported)
• Incomes - these are orders from WooCommerce
  • you can chose
    • not to import orders (No)
    • to Import only new ones (if order details change these will not be imported)
    • to Import new and update existing ones (if order details change these will be imported)
    • to Import incomes and expenses from an interval (orders with due dates outside the defined interval will not be imported)
• Auto repeat - the import will be done automatically 1-2x every day

If you want to trigger the import manually, just click "Refresh":

Once the import is completed you will receive a notification about it.
